I sort the responses by state, looking for trends, and once identified, I create a painting around those answers.

In this case, the painting is based on the following survey results from Tennessee:

NOSE: Lilies

EYES: Dog, Cat, and clouds

TONGUE: Bread and butter, creamy coffee, cheese, chocolate

EARS: Rain

SKIN: Fur and a paperback book

When thinking about all of these responses! imagined an avid book reader enjoying reading a paperback book while snuggling next to their dog and cat and enjoying a creamy coffee along with bread and butter, cheese, and chocolate on a rainy day with beautiful, low rain clouds hugging the water and mountains in a tight embrace.
